Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery is by next day courier and priced at: £7.50 for the first 10Kgs and 25p for each additional Kg thereafter. Please note that orders must be placed before a 2pm cut off time for next day delivery. Cut off point on friday is 12pm, due to factory closing.

As an online security procedure we will perform security checks to deem that information on credit card holder’s details are correct. Please supply your information as accurate as possible. If the information is incorrect it can sometimes hold up the dispatch of your goods.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

·  All stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. We have no minimum order level and
    delivery is by next day courier. We endeavour to ship the goods on a next day service subject to restrictions imposed by our transport company.
·  Any damages, errors or shortages requiring a replacement must be notified within 3 days.
·  Goods returned for restocking are subject to an incurred cost of £17.50.
